Project Overview: Client had squirrels in the attic due to rotting wood around eaves. Several windows were leaking, including two large arched windows in front, and others had rotting sills and brick moulding. Front porch steps were sinking causing the sidewalk to pop up and create a tripping hazard.

Solution: All rotting wood was identified and replaced and the squirrels were sealed out. Replaced three windows, primed and painted all exterior trim and stucco. Identified and corrected issues with the roof design and gutter installation that were causing the premature rotting problems. The front steps were removed, french drains re-routed to direct water away from house, soil compacted, and sidewalk and steps rebuilt to client specifications. Miscellaneous items included adding additional outside lighting, attic fans, pressure washing and sealing the driveway.
